CUSTODIAL TECHNICIAN
Position Summary: Under general supervision, the Custodial Technician is responsible for performing all tasks related to the cleaning and housekeeping of campus facilities. As a part of the Facility Maintenance & Operations Department, is also responsible for the generalized safety of the campus and related property. Reports to Facility Manager or designee.

CUSTODIAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN
Position Summary: The Custodial Services Technician performs a variety of tasks to ensure a clean and safe church environment. Conducts frequent inspections to ensure the cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards are maintained. Coordinates with contractors and ensures supplies, materials and equipment are available to carry out work assignments. Reports inspection findings to the Facility Manager. Reports to Facility Manager.
